Shipping policy
1. Processing Time: We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before your items are shipped. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to follow your package's journey.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times: Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
3. Shipping Carriers: We mainly use UPS for local and international deliveries but also use reliable carriers like FedEx, and DHL to deliver your orders as we expand in the near future. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
4. International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on the destination. Customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Issues: If there are any issues with your order (missing items, wrong sizes, etc.), please contact us at optimithreads@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
6. Shipping Restrictions: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate address at checkout.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments: OPTIMI THREADS is not responsible for lost or damaged items once they are with the carrier. However, if your package is damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist you with this process.
